A friend of mine gave away little "treat bags" like kidsget at birthday parties. They had different stuff in them. I won one, mine had a back massager(the wooden kind they only cost about 2 dollars) and some massage lotion. Some of the other ones had movie tickets and a bag of microwave popcorn, one had a manicure/pedicure kit in it with hand and foot lotion, one had a trial size bath and bodyworks gift set in it, and others had things like fingernail polish, chapstick, lotions, body spray. All the stuff was inexpensive items that they put together nicely. They didn't have team games, but if you do, give trial size items out to the winning team. Everyone gets a "treat bag" that cost under $ 3.00. You could put a chapstick, fingernail polish and a big emory board(the colorful ones). It's a cute, inexpensive way.

Candles are great gifts for individuals. As for groups, not sure…Chocolates are nice, too.

go to the dollar store, you can find lots of things there to give away as gifts. candles, picture frames, candy, note pads, candle holders, cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, pot holders. you don't want anything to extravagent, you'll end up spending an arm and a leg.

Go to the 99cent store and stock up on girlie gifts. Things to pamper themselves. Its cheap and you might find more stuff for the shower. Good luck and have fun.

You can make some cookies shaped like baby items or buy some like that… and you can wrap it up in plastic as one of the prizes. Another prize can be "baby powder" scented perfume. A picture frame. A photo album. Camera. Apack of little candles or one candle and candle holder.

Also here's a website on some games incase you need some more(the kind u buy):

What was done at my shower i thought was pretty neat, if you get baby smelling items like baby powder candles and soaps and a big plus is always just the lil smaples of the new stuff from bath and body works, they are cheap and everyone likes them!

At the most recent shower I attended, there were gifts such as shower gel, yummy hand lotion, box of luxury cocoa, small bag of gourmet coffee. For individual items, she offered you the chance to select from individual cocoa, coffee, tea, drink packets, as well as some decadent chocolates. My Mom and I were a team and won the yummy hand lotion.

Now, their choices of gifts probably reflected the fact that all but two of the attendees were over 30 (new Mom at 32). Coffee items might not go as well with a younger crowd (who seem to prefer pop instead).
